"Atlanta Magazine's Top Dentists 2009 & 2010"
Dr. Amason knows that dental
health doesn't stop in your mouth. He understands
the importance of keeping the whole body fit, enjoying
sports like rock climbing and cold weather backpacking.
"I do devote lots of my
time to my practice and to fine tuning my knowledge
of dentistry, but there are other aspects of my life
that I enjoy just as much as my work. I have a wonderful
wife and daughter so spending time with them is a
top priority. We love the outdoors, and enjoy camping,
rock climbing, bicycling, and snow skiing. But they
don't backpack with me. I'm the one in our family
that enjoys the cold!"
As well as strong family ties,
Dr. Amason believes spiritual health is also important. He also offers complimentary chi gong classes in the warm
months to his patients and anyone else that may be
interested, describing it as "a wonderful way
to stretch and bring more energy into your body to
assist in its natural ability to heal itself."
It's part of the "whole
health picture" that he brings to his practice.
Healthy body, healthy spirit, healthy mouth.
